Tutorial: Silhouetting any graphic PSP
TUTORIAL - SILHOUETTING
First step:
Open a graphic of your choice from your picture files.
For this tutorial I will use this graphic from my pictures files.
You may use this graphic and follow along with me or choose one of your own.

Second step:
DOUBLE CLICK on the BACKGROUND in the LAYERS MENU

[An edit box will pop up]
Make sure all the boxes are checked as in the diagram
Then click OK

Third step:
Click on the ERASER TOOL - choose the BACKGROUND ERASER
and start erasing the foreground until it is all erased

Now you should have this:

At this time you can go ahead and tube the graphic if you want,
simply export it to your picture tubes located under the file menu
Fourth step:
Click on ADJUST – COLOR BALANCE – CHANNEL MIXER

A channel mixer edit window will pop up
FILL in, EXACTLY as shown in the diagram/OR/
keep clicking on the DICE until you get the graphic BLACK
Then click OK

Now just use your paintbrush (set to black) to touch things up,
and your eraser tool to clean it up a bit.
Now you will have this, a silhouette, at this point you can tube it,
shadow it or add things to it.

OR - SAVE AS A *PNG* IN YOUR PICTURE FOLDER
