Write about a tough time in your life. Don’t make it up. It’s going to be personal. Blend emotion with metaphor & abstractions cohesively. You know what I mean by now.

Write about the moment; particulary the moment of getting what you want. This is just like the finale songs that the American idol finalists sing in their finale. This is suppose to be your “winning” poem. I have a feeling that this poem will have a huge factor in who will be the next Teen Idol.

DEADLINE: Tuesday, June 10th. 7PM EST.
The Teen Idol will win 4000 points. + 4 gold
Runner up will win 1000. + 4 silver
3rd place will win: 600 + 4 bronze
4th place will win: 300 + 4 HMs
There will be two finalists by the end of this round & two more jury members. They jury will vote for which one of the final two he or she wants to win.
