Tyran "Ty" Tempus

This is a basic outline of the character Tyran Tempus from a cross-over roleplay that Ashleigh and I have been doing. It is a non-official sequel based on alternate endings to both our stories.

Age: 17 (First Appearance)

Birthday: February 9th

Orientation: Bi-sexual

Element/powers: Water and dowsing (he practices radiesthesia)

Weapon of choice: Doesn't use weapons

Personality: Growing up, despite coming from a large family on his mother's side, and the very family orientated Norton's for cousins, he spent a lot of time on his own. He likes to read and is very good at problem solving and finding out secrets. He also has a tendency to meddle which he gets from his father, he is slightly less diplomatic about it though but he does have a reason.
Tyran, though not out-going unless among familiar company, can be very forward and often has to be to keep Ash in line. However he is sometimes sucked in to Ash's mischievous nature. He can get very frustrated when he can't solve something.
Though Tyran doesn't use weapons he is very flexible and fast and is very skilled at hand to hand combat. His father was one of those unlucky few who are born into an elemental family but have no powers and as such he learned a lot about fighting from his father. When he was younger he had a fascination with his father's pocket watch (it has three faces, a clock, a compass, and an arrow that will point to anyone you wish to find unless they are dead in which case the arrow will spin in circles) but Diachi wouldn't let him have it. As such Tyran found his own way to replicate the capabilities of the watch by using dowsing. He uses a sapphire pendulum as that is his father's family stone (though his mother's is Lapis Lazuli) and can sense auras using the pendulum. It is not an ability that he often discloses as the mind-set required for the dowsing puts him in a trance and there is always a risk that he will not come out of it.

Physical Appearance/Style: Like Azzy he is 5'10 with dark blue (practically black) hair with the tips died turquoise styled in an emo hair cut, he has his mother's turquoise eyes. He likes to wear button down shirts, with slacks, dress shoes and a waistcoat. Like his father he carries a pocket watch but it does nothing more than tell the time. When not in a suit, like when Ash drags him out clubbing, he likes to wear tight jeans and long sleeve tops, often black with patterned sleeves. Although he only needs his glasses to read, he has taken to wearing them almost permanently because Ash thinks he looks hot in them, Tyran also has his tongue pierced.

Dislikes: Being told what to do

Family: Tyran is very close to his parents Daichi and Amaria but it doesn't always show, he is closer to his father. He is also close to his aunt Nomia but not so much Rafe. Due to his reserved nature as a child Rhys thought him a snob and so he has never really gotten along with his cousin, especially now that they're older Rhys does not approve of Tyran's relationships. He is on fair terms with Marina and Riley though they are not very close.

Friends: Tyran's first relationship was with Leyla (who is actually betrothed to Ash, both of whom are from fire families that would not be pleased with their relationship with Tyran who is from a water family) and Ash entered second. They have become a threesome although it is more like a tug-of-war with Tyran in the middle though that seems to be dissolving to pure AshTy relationship. Tyran is very good friends with Aella and would do anything to protect her and see her happy. His friendship with Az is rocky at first but smooths out eventually. He acts like a brother to Simone who is surprisingly comfortable around him, probably because he is more gay than bi.
