Hi, friends... at the end of this month I will be returning the computer I am renting. The payments are too high for me and the cost of living has gone up here so much!!
My heating bill is overwhelming and since I am sick so much it really gets out of hand.
I will miss you all, miss the interchange and I will dreadfully miss my family.
I know all of us are feeling the money crunch and I just hope our new president will find a way to alleviate some of the burden.

These ruddy governments have so much to answer for, when the first thing they do is award themselves a big fat payrise, then look for ways to tax their citizens to the hilt on everything!

So sorry you have to take this action, but can understand the reasons. We hear much about so many losing their homes, having to sell and move because of the coming recession in the states. Here in Alberta, Canada, we re not feeling that pinch yet, and I hope we don't. Wishing you well, hope you get back to getting another computer soon. Don't they have ones in the library you can use free of charge? You might be able to get on once or twice a week that way?

Oh dear, how sad this is. Wish I could help you, I have a computer standing here, doing nothing, but your electricity is different from ours, so it wouldn't work and the cost of sending it will be too high. I hope things will improve soon, first of all your health.

It saddens me to hear that you can't afford to keep the computer and thus not be able to be an active participant here. If I could I would send you enough money to buy the computer from the rental company. I barely have enough to live by myself unfortunately - my book is still on hiatus. Sending you much love and prayers that you may be spared from this eventuality. I love you and will miss you dearly mum.
