help meh!

I need some help writing a poem....
I've been feeling kind of... bipolar-ish lately... and yeah... I need to write a poem. can someone give meh some help with writing??? I'd reallay appreciate it! thanksez!!! laterz!

    try writeing from both points of view if your "bipolar-ish" let both sides talk on the same thing. like you feal that lifes not worth liveing then have each side say why and why not. or wirte a pome in wich the main voice dies.

      I honestly don't know how... hah. I just need help writing right now...really bad. I need to write... it's getting to the point I'm feeling that life isnt' even worth living. Don't worry, I'm not about to kill myself or anything... but yeah, it's not worth it.
