I love your contrast of color here, that compliments and sets off the lovely beauty in your border.

I love the old fashioned look of the fairie, as though she is from a victorian card. The background works very well with here, color and texture-wise, has a watercolor feeling. The blue butterfly diminishes the overall effect somewhat, I think. Also, it seems large scale wise with the fairie.
