no images

i need someone's help in getting back my images.

i have no images when i log ON to AP. I think it happened months ago when i changed mozilla firefox.since that time i can't see my images.others can see my images, but i can't.i can't post a poem and try to put on a background because i can't see it. now i'm no computer expert at all, so i'm seeking the assistance of some computer savvy person who can point me in the right direction. i don't even want to post anything because of this. i just renewed my membership.i just want to know what i can do to get my images to show up again on my page.anyone who think they can help please respond. i will try anything. i miss being on AP and i miss posting.
