Lost and wondering

with all the dragons in the world...
...then where is my knight?
so yeah i am currently trying to reevaluate my life as late
recently i have come to terms with the sheer fact that i have no idea what i want in a man .... )))or maybe a woman???((((
but i do now i need an anchor for my spirit and soul...
.... though maybe i should let go
what would happen then??
Sometimes when the sky of your life is darkened by an overcast of gray clouds and the slithering of tranquil smoke runs around your eyes, you must realize that that voice in your head saying every wrong thing in your life is yours. With your feet firmly on the ground and your head in the skies are you sure you know who you really are. When you have no clue who you are then how do you know who you want?

Staring out your window you feel so trapped in your tower. With all the dragons flying around on front yard of your palace, you wonder where your knight is. Your strong stone clad knight with his iron sword, his silver tongue to make you fall in love with him and his muscles lifting you up to take you away.

Looking at your ceiling, seeing your fan whirling, you wonder if this is truly your home, your place of rest. Wondering from city to city, town to town, forest to forest, thinking that this is your home. Home is where your heart is but where is your heart?

you have a good point. JeannieD has already said what i was going to say. So, I have nothing left, except the only thing you can do when you have lost your way is to fight on. Even when you don't know what you are fighting for, just live on and fight for the sake of fighting.

This is awesome! You are so right, you have to know yourself first. Your heart and soul at what determines love. You may think you know in your mind who it is you want, but our minds reflect what we have been taught to want, or are expected to desire. Love comes from the heart. Looks, body type, even sex doesn't matter. The heart seeks a loving and caring soul. Don't limit yourself. Get comfortable with knowing and loving yourself, then let you heart decide who it is you need. Great thoughts you have written, and you seem open to possibilities, so you have a head start. Well done. Hang in there, it will happen when it is supposed to.
