Poetry is not science. It is an Art form. The forms , and rules can be learned, but until you have them down. Don't worry JUST write. It is the emotion and turn of phase that is uniqly you that makes you a poet. You can formulate them later to whichever poetry style you learn that you think fits your work best. Whatever you write is right. Its just the rhythm, and form you need to get down.
Number one rule on this site. Submit. Stop and submit and then go into edit and continue. Especially before you use the spell check. Do not lose your masterpiece to the cyber pirate, a dastardly poet who sails through and snatches your best work right of your page. He lurks at the corner of the screen where the thin black line hides him from veiw, waiting to loot you of your treasured words and bury them in cybersand.
