Many of the younger poets seem to be overwhelmed by the demand of keeping up with the adults in the classes. This class contains shorter lessons and less homework.
The assignments in this class are as follows:
1. Rhyming Schemes
2. Counting Syllables
3. Figurative language
a. Metaphors
b. Similes
c. Alliteration
4. Styles of poetry
a. Acrostics
b. Free verse & Rhyme
c. Forms
d. Sonnets
I grade assignments about twice a week and my teaching assistant (Ceridwens Soul) also helps out heaps. Ask any one of us questions.
Note: If for some reason you want your assignment to be graded quick so you can move on to the next one, feel free to send me an IM and ask (politely) and I'll be more than happy to do so.
