The sad part, however, is I feel as if I have not improved since then. So few people read my writings I'm sure I've just grown stagnant.
I've started my profile here in hopes that someone can help me in this! In many metaphysical teachings they say that lack of human contact causes one's depths to also become stagnant, so please if you see anything I can do to progress and grow as a writer, I would greatly appreciate it!

Some of my poetry can lean towards being dark, so for professional reasons, I have not given my full name, or my actual homepage. Soon I will have a personal homepage, and be able to share that with you.

Wanted to add some things to this. I've only been on here a day now while writing this at 2:30 in the early parts of morning on the second day in November, and honestly, I have to say, I never thought I would read poetry I loved as much as Edgar Allen Poe or, my high school sweetheart, but within this one day I have.

I have also never had so much feedback on my poetry in such a short time. As I said I have been writing some 4 or 5 years now and I have had maybe seven people do the basic read and compliment. This is so much nicer. I'm looking forward to staying with this wonderful community for some time.
