I go from being a very quiet girl
to someone ready to tell a story
from a girl who wants to be alone
to someone ready to talk
from a girl who'll give advise
to one who needs some
from a girl who'll give a hug
to one who needs one
from a girl who's been through so much
and needs a person to love
to one who says nothing at all
and needs someone to help her feel
from a girl who cries her eyes out
and desperately needs a shoulder
to one who who'll be the one
to wrap her arms around you
and even though you've only met
for an hour or two
she'll say "I love you."
