There is always a brightness in the dark, there is always some hope even in the darkest time.

I believe that all of us (or most of us anyway) have gone through a fair share of hurt. Among teenagers, it is estimated that 80% will suffer from depression at some point by the time they reach adulthood, more and more women in America are developing eating disorders (which 20-30% of those who develop an eating disorder will die as a result from it), and I know way too many people who have self injured in one way. I can't even explain all I've been through, but it's not over yet. Life is one experience after another, but they all have one thing in common: They all test your strength and help prepare you for the next stages of life. If you are going through something in your life that leaves you feeling alone in an endless black hole, keep looking and moving forward. I promise you that there is a light. Don't give up hope just yet, keep looking, you will find it.

I am a friend, a supporter, an advice giver, a listener, and a writer. I work really hard to get where I am, and if you don't like the way I am, you can just leave this page. Don't even waste your time here if you don't like it.

I have learned that even in the darkest of times, you just have to find the light.
