My name is Bodie, I live in North Carolina with my wonderful husband and our two beautiful kids. I have been a creative person for as long as I can remember. I have been seriously writting since I was fourteen years old.I have volumes of poetry books that I've written but never had the nerve to try and publish. I have written many short stories but I do not have a preference between a story and a poem each is so special and unique in it's own way. My motto is it's not how you say it but what you say that matters. I just under went a year of writters block so it's nice to be home (with my writting) again. I am currently working on my first novel. But lately I've been doing alot of poetry to kind of easy myself back into writting. I get so much joy and release out of writting I don't know what I would do if I couldn't write. It was a miserable year with writter's block, I'll tell you that much. But I feel I am back on top of my game and ready to try some new creative methods. Like the Long Haiku I had never seen it done before althoughI'm sure it has. But it was interesting for me to venture out into unchartered(for me) waters. Anyways I hope you'll enjoy my works as much as I enjoy doing them.
