Ok, so I've been considering submitting poetry for journals, magazines, etc, etc. My question is, i have poetry I'd like to submit to journals & magazines. Is it considered lawful if i simply delete a poem from a website i use and submit it to a magazine & or journal. Please note: the submitting to the website requires no manuscript, cover letter, etc. It is simply write, click, and it is 1 minute later posted.

There's a question of a similar vein on another thread in this board. Apparently, that is something called 'unpublishing,' and it will work for you, as long as the poetry website you submitted your work to doesn't already have your poem archived.
