    No matter your age, you will always remember your first love, sometime you marry them, sometime you walk away, but you always remember your first love....You get over them because you move forward and find someone else, your first love is not always your best love, but maybe your most innocent.

    My first love is kind of an odd topic. He liked women....and I liked him. He knew it, though...lol. He always wondered why I brought him the little plastic ninjas from the 25 cent machine that he loved so much....lol.

        I feel the same, for every sacrifice I've made and denied myself. I am left with nothing but pain and torments. And truths after reflection where I realized I was the one stabbed in the back, bleeding and standing straight in front of them with open arms.

    Ironically, I'm still working on it, although I have a boyfriend I love like mad and I love my life as it is. I'm over being in love with him (though I think once you were in love with someone you always see them a little differently than other people). But I'm not over how it ended, the situations I was in back then, and other negative things I kept from it. So yeah. I'm working on it.

    What makes you ask, I wonder.

    im not sure if i will because whenever i think im over him,i find myself in his arms and he is making so hard for me to get over him.....its been three years already but its hard

    I'm shocked my first love hasn't posted here.

    On subject, anyways, I doubt that anyone can easily get over their first true love. It's probably the last time a person will ever feel that way, anyways. Afterwards it's just a bunch of bluffing.

    No im still getting over her. As i wrote this poem today about her.

    The Only

    I can still remember the times we had...
    The happy, the boring, and the sad.
    I can still see ur smile,
    Even though i havent seen u in a while.

    I can still picture ur soft pink lips,
    ur deep brown eyes, and the curves in ur hips*,
    The way ur hair fell on my face as we kissed,
    Dont tell me its not something u havent missed.

    But we dont talk as much as we used to,
    Because i made mistakes and blew it,
    But after all the things we been through,
    Why cant u grow up and see through it.

    Like standing at the pearl white gates**,
    I wait for you to be my mate,
    But no need to hurry ill be alright.
    Because your the only thing i will be dreaming of tonite.

    I dont think you ever do, you fall in love with others but you will always remeber that one person. even after years when you see them you will still smile on the inside with memories (or is that just me?)

    i dont think i will ever be completly over my first love... well really none of my loves (i've only fell for two guys so far) i'll all ways remember them and keep them close in my heart and close to me as friends...
