    Yes they do. And you become one by the vampire first drinking your blood and then giving it back to you. The Dark Trick, or Dark Gift, is what that is called.

    Well vampires prolly came from Porphyria or Renfield's syndrome. You can look them up if you want. If vampires do exist then it would be because they have those. So you could consider them vampires if thats what you believe, it does kinda make sense.
