You told me about what you called the light in the darkness. About how life was neither good nor bad, but a combination of both and occasionally good things pop up in the middle of a tragedy, but they still don't make tragedy go away.
They can't protect you. They're just light.
But what you didn't say is that sometimes, certain people can be a light in the darkness. There are some people in this world who are worth saving when other people decide they shine the wrong kind of light on the wrong kind of things.
You have been and always will be my light in the darkness -

Who? Me? I'm your light in the darkness. WTF are you talking about?
Have you been playing Kingdom Hearts? -
What was this? A science project?
-
-
If it is, then shame on her. Causing sapient creatures pain is unethical.

But, I'm taken. You're kinda late. but I think Rodimus seems to be a bit flustered up there, try him...

You're to late I have a boyfriend, sorry. I knew there was someone on the other side of my window reciting beautiful things to me in the night but wow, this is obsessive.
*snickers* -
There is not just good things and bad things, there is both good and bad in every one thing. people have both kindness and selfishness. even if other people seem to shine the brightest and some don't shine at all, we are all equal.

The Darkness were terrible.
-
-
But that song "Darkness" by Disturbed was awesome.
-
-
The only Disturbed song I know is the one that goes "Let the bodies hit the floor, let the bodies hit the floor, let the bodies hit the floor, let the bodies hit the... FLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR!!!!"
Very upsetting. -
-
You're either thinking of Drowning Pool or Eminem, ma'am. It's called "Bodies." I'm not sure who wrote it, but I know that Disturbed never covered it.
-
-
Drowning Pool, that's it. No idea why I thought it was Disturbed.
Dammit, I knew I'd get that wrong! Should've Googled it to be sure, but I couldn't be bothered. My apologies, carry on.

You don't like "I Believe in a Thing Called Love"?
-
-
I liked the one about genital warts.
-
-

I've never heard of that one. -
-
Growing On Me! No?
(I don't know if it's actually about genital warts or if that's just a silly rumour, but try reading/listening to the lyrics with that in mind.) -
-
You kind of look like the girl off of Nick and Nora's Infinite Playlist.
Or maybe I'm insane. -
-
I have no idea who you're talking about. Is it a good thing that I look like her? I'm worried now!
-
Oh yeah! I didn't even realize until now. I'm half expecting her to be dating Michael Cera right now.
-
-
With that kind of title I could see that.
