Well me and a friend of mine were arguing (yes arguing) about who were stronger, boys or girls. Now he said that boys will ALWAYS be stronger than a girl regardless of anything. I dont think that is true. What do you think?

Maybe it's because I'm a girl myself, but I think that girls are stronger.....especially when it comes to labour pains.

Physically men are currently stronger than women, but with a lack of sex differentiated evolution pressures in our current society they probably wont always be.
In terms of strength in other areas, pain tolerance and emotional suffering, it would depend on the individual but statistics show men kill themselves more often so clearly they aren't as good at dealing with emotions, they aren't as emotionally strong as women or they would harden up and deal with it. I watched this tv show about this couple with four kids, the mother died, so two hours later the father said good bye to his kids and killed himself, I bet the mother would have never done that, she would have hardened up and lived on for the benefit of her children.
And women in 3rd world countries have to go through all kinds of crap, raise their child of rape while working 16 hour days just to feed their remaining family, while the guy buggers off because he can't deal with the fact he couldn't stop his wife being raped. Harden up bro! She has to live with it everyday, so you can too. Seriously apparently men leaving their wives after they have been raped is a major occurance. Horrible indeed, but just another example of a horrible trend. Though that being said a lot of guys are learning how to be stronger when dealing with emotions, especially in our culture of talking, and are killing themselves less often! So things are looking up.
