I kept one called life
but that may be deleted soon
due to an unwanted title recently added to my avatar
(the title is not in the thread
as I have not posted to that journal since the title addition)
Another daily journal I started is listed here -
I keep two journals offline...one for mys stories, character sheets and poetry and one for myself, to write about life and my problems. I've been keeping a journal since I was in the seventh grade and I'm not stopping now! I also keep a journal online at vampirefreaks.com

you might want to review their policy on deletion for journals
-
-
Okies I'll do that.

You forgot: My journal is my poetry.

More of a day book than a journal. It is where things are jotted down to catch them, baby poems, scraps of overheard conversations, lines from books or poetry, sketches for new art works, everything that is germinating I guess. Strangely enough, the writing is sufficient - I don't look back through them much at all.

I don't look back through them much at all.
maybe you have a strong memory
still, it's nice to keep notes around for referance -
I left it at university yesterday, and a classmate picked it up and is returning it to me today. I'm worried - if I had found some-one's day book or diary, I would have had to read it, I think. If she can't meet my eyes when she arrives, I'll know she read it!
Or maybe, the reason she's bringing it to my home is because she did read it. Oh dear. I never censor my thoughts in it. I may be in trouble.
If you found a diary, would you read it? -
-
if it interested me
-
-
That must mean yes, because you would have to read to know if it interested you.
She just returned it, and didn't meet my eyes at first. Oh well, it's not THAT bad, just a bit raw here and there...
-
-
"If you found a diary, would you read it?"
No. Why? Because of karma. What you do will come back to you positively or negatively, I think, and I don't want anything bad to happen to me so...no, I would not read it. I couldn't read The Diary of Anne Frank because I felt like I was invading her privacy. My sister I don't think could read it either for the same reason.
Sorry this is kinda long.

I keep an online one, I've had it for a good five years now. I really wish it had a search function of some kind though, having over a thousand entries makes going back through it a bit of a pain when I'm looking for something specific.
-
-
I think you can point google at it
-
-
yeah I think you can if you title them, but I hardly ever title mine.
-
-
I use unique words or phrase matched to my name if I can remember any
-
-
-
-
I keep one on my computer
-
I write in this little spiral notebooks dirty jokes and sex scene ideas and pictures of noses and fish.
And I date each day, so yesh, it's a diary.
~Hippie -
No.
-
I used to, but I found I had to much to say to keep up.
-
I don't keep a diary or anything, But I do rant about my days in my journal from time to time, When I get bored or something is on my mind. ^^;
-
Like Starlight-Owl, I had a lot to write down, but my hand would start to hurt after a while, so I just screwed the idea. When it comes to writing, poetry is way better.
-
I can never seem to get anything down that makes it worth it.
-
I saw this quote once and can never get it out of my head again, "You keep a diary now, and one day, it'll keep you."

Anyhow, I still write in it everyday! (It's kinda like a channel where you can write down all that's happened and try to make sense of it in a place where you understand things better..)
