    I got 4 As!!!! I am really thrilled. I thought for sure I would get less than an A in maths...

    But, more importantly, how did you do?

    I got:
    A in Physics - 298/300
    A in Chemistry - 281/300 - but I got 100% on the practical.
    B in Lit - 231/300 which is 9 off an A....
    And in Maths I have done individual modules:
    Stats - A - 80%
    Mechanics - A - 93%
    Further Pure Concepts - 100%

    I HATE EDEXCEL!

    Edit:
    I got a merit in the Lit AEA, too... which makes up for the B somewhat.

      There, there. Your other scores are so impressive they make up for the B. Which is actually very good in in itself!

              Oh! Apparently there is a problem with the marking of the english lit papers.
              Everyone at my school who did Lit gets a free remark because the marks are wrong. It happened last year and people went up anywhere from 5-40% on remark.
              Not sure if this'd affect your school too but ask if there are ground for remark, if you can.

    It isn't as important as A levels or whatever but I came second in my public law test, finally rating in the very top of the class, getting a ranking and its in the most useless legal subject.

    Sorry for the late reply, i've been drowning my sorrows since about 4 o clock yesterday.

    ABC I think
    Ha.

    A C in Media
    C B C

    And I dropped Histroy after the exam which I fell asleep in...Still I got an E for falling asleep!

    I am quite proud. Not as proud as I am for all of you guys thats amazing!

    However, last night was much more interesting than my results. Nicki!? Was there much Cider involved in your evening? I had lots of Zambuka. I also made a cracking joke (The guy working at the bar was called Sam who just delivered our shots to us.)
    "Everyone this ones to Sam...SAM..buka!" You kinda had to be there...

        Yeah! It's annoying it's the only subject i'm okay at. Maybe Film studies will be easier than History I hope. I do watch alot of films..

          I've dropped Lit. It gives me more time, and means I won't have to take so many exams.

          Maybe it will be easier - I haven't tried it! So long as you enjoy it as well, it should be fine.

            Yeah, I could take another two a levels...but then I won't get a day off, and last year my time table was so amazing! I only had one full day and Thursdays off!

            Yeah Media was pretty easy hopefully it's like that!

              If I took all five I would have five hours of free time in a fortnight. So I'm better off having extra time to eat lunch and do work and read novels.

      Well done!

      Yes. Cider was involved in ridiculous proportions. And a lot of spinning that was definitely not a good idea. I still feel a bit spun out. And a horrible taxi man who wouldn't do later than 12 so, since I wasn't thinking too straight, I cancelled the taxi. But, then, we managed to bully another taxi company into picking us up at 3 so it was good times!

        I don't know how anyone stayed awake in that exam.

        Bassically before any exam I won't do any work for about 15 minutes, so then i'm under presure and write more, it sounds bizarre but if I leave things to the last minute I do them better.

        Plus I take nothing seriously. I have never really revised or anything so I suppose I don't really have the right attitude for exams.

          Probably not. I've fallen asleep during class (anybody who says they haven't is lying), but not exams or anything; usually because I just want them to get them over with.

            I don't mind exams, I love English exams.

            Plus that exam I fell asleep in, in the morning I had had a three hour Media exam which was probably the hardest and most confusing exam I have ever had! And was knackered by the afternoon, where I had a 2 hour history exam.

    Haha, my friends brother picked us up, then the hysterical girl (There's always one!) Threw up everywhere. We had to pull over...It was like an American movie.

    I want to celebrate tonight but everyones at stupid V festival or in Zante. Rubbish.

      Haha my friend who I was getting the taxi with was the hysterical one last night. She threw a bottle at my head (and missed thank goodness) when the taxi man wouldn't go any later! Then invited 4 other people to get the taxi... lost her money, so I had to pay all of it! I was staying at hers, though, so I didn't complain...

      Oh, I think it'll be a pretty tame night tonight...

        Seriously?! Oh my one just got with someone even though she has a boyfriend and did the backwards crab and took her clothes off! Standard her really!

        Haha, I hate staying in on a Friday night though! it means I'll just watch big brother and get stoned by myself! Then watch that really weird programme...I watched the other week and got really freaked out, you know the one where it looks like you're flicking through sky, anyway I freaked out as I don't have sky and thought I did...really sketchy!
