    This is a playful question. I personally think you can be a human without being a person. To me a person is who you are and how you are. Like he is a good person because if you said he was a good human it sounds like he acts like a human well but that's just my crazy thoughts.

    I dono, I'm busy loving hazardous things and writing something about um cause my icon is hazardous to, and it's what gave me the whole idea to write something about hazardous materials, cause they stinking rock.

    Humans are the species.
    The supreme court can decide who is a person and who isn't. It took a long time for women to be declared persons. Also, it took a long time for black people to be declared persons. The unborn are still not considered persons.
    So... I guess yes, you can be human without being a person.
    And can you be a person without being human? Not yet. There are activists in Austria who want to have a chimp declared a person though so it can own property and stuff.
