line counter

    I'd like to say that the line counter is annoyingly wrong, in counting the spaces

    like, I've got a six line write, and it comes up on the page as having eleven lines

    it's really irksome, considering how important counts can be in creative writing---eg; I have a certain amount of lines for a reason, always...even if the reason's rubbish in the whole scheme of things, it keeps me happy as a creative writer

    so please, can something be done about it?

    If you copy and paste a poem the line count most of the time comes up as one

    What really annoys me with the line count when I am not in the mood for a long poem and I was stupid enough to check the number of lines and see low numbers and click to find there is a short story or long prose or a poem of over 50 lines long ...... turned it off dont work so gave it away as a really bad joke.
