Whats the best publisher for...

    My sister in law and I writing a book about a terrible tragedy.
    A true crime of sorts, a book similar to Dave Pelzers book A boy called it.
    Who would we go to get a book such as this published?
    Any tips?

    I think the best way to find out wil be to go to your local bookstore, find other books in tha genre, and find out who has published them. That is a fairly good guide, also you can check out online the many publishers available to see if they are accepting submissions.
    You just have to do the legwork and then list possible publishers to submit to.
    Another good guide wil be to get hold of 'The Writers Guide' and hopefully the latest one, which lists publishers and their interest of genres.
