If you're looking for specifics on format, I suggest reading your chosen publisher's guidelines. Otherwise, left aligned, one inch margins, single spaced, two lines between stanzas. One poem to a page (or how ever many pages it takes to get the poem down: just make sure you don't have two poems on one page). I'm unsure of the guidelines for pictures: for that, I suggest checking specific publisher guidelines.

That is great advice I am going to read about it. I was by passing this to see what was going on. Thanks for sharing it with us

Definitely read the publisher's guidelines and their preferences (they are all different.) Are you asking how to set a manuscript up, or what you need to do to actually submit it? If you are using Word, for example, you need to format the page size to match the size of your manuscript. If it's 6x9, you need to set the page size to 6x9, with the margins set appropriately, with one poem per page. To get to a new page, you have to use a hard return (Crtl + Enter), not Enter or it really screws up the formatting and you will have page breaks where you don't expect them.
Hope this helps
