My names meg and i'm 17 years old. I was thinking about takeing down my site on AP and sending my poetry (after massive edits) and seeing if i could get them published in a story type of way. My poetry is like my own journal. What do you think?

Think that's pretty cool. Now by story type of way-do you mean Narrative poetry? I've written a series of Narrative poems about a girl who finds out she's pregnant. Not my usual typical story topic since I'm always writing about depressed teenagers. You can check it out if you want. My advice to you(if you haven't done this already)-before you even think about signing a contract-is to read (and study) about the publishing market. That way you know what your doing, who to avoid, etc. Some publishers that are really great:
Lulu.com
iUniverse.com-getting my book published with them
Lobsterpress.com
FrontStreetBooks.com-preparing book for them
good luck to you!! -

iUniverse.com is kind of expensive.

I would hang on , your only 17. Over the next decade your writing will improve massively. Besides, getting poetry published is massively difficult.
