I am looking to get my 52 poems published,it's my last dream before I pass on. If anyone knows any publishers who would publish my work,please leave their information below.

Don't go with Publish America or poetry.com. I don't know anything as far as legitimate publishers, though; sorry.

I'm not too sure about publishers, but have you considered self publishing? It's an idea and easy to do, plus you don't have to buy books in bulk and can just buy however many you like.
www.lulu.com is a decent site for self publishing.
