I am 49 years young. I have 6 grown children and 7 wonderful grandchildren which I love very much and miss more than I think they will ever realize.I dont live close to them so it makes it diffucult for me to be able to see them.The closest I get to see them right now is through pictures here on the internet. Most of them live up around the Detroit area ( which I havent seen them for 3 years now) and my oldest daughter lives up in Chicago with my 2 oldest grand kids (that I havent seen since 04). I've been married and divorced 3 times. I've lost both of my parents in 04 and 05 and never a day goes by that I dont think about them and wish they were still here with me just so I could tell them how much I love them.People dont often think about how important that is till you loose them.
I moved to the hills of Kentucky from the Detroit area back in 2001 and love it here.It is so peaceful and quiet... not like the big cities with all the hustle and bustle. I love living here up on this ridge where I can see all of god's wonderful sights and watch the wildlife by the dozens come and go with out a worry. I found a really wonderful man that I am in a relationship with and he has become my everything!! We will be together 1 year on the 6th of Nov. Ya know it's funny when you meet someone you truely connect with on every level it seems to good to be true. You wake up every day thinking this is all a dream till you roll over and see him still there next to you, and it puts a smile on your face as you say a thank you to the one up above.
I enjoy fishing, camping, hiking along trails in the Daniel Boone National Forest, taking all kinds of pictures, and of course writting poems when inspired. I dont write them often or if I start one I get writters block and cant finish them.
