As I write my poetry it comes from my heart and feelings. I began writing poetry after reading "Fields of Wonder" by Rod McKuen." Love is giving someone the power to destroy you, but trusting them not too" is my  main motto.

Sunset



I wish nothing now

except to stay here spent

even as the day.



These arms the road's end

and your tired , tired face

already reaching into sleep

the climax of the climax.

As I have moved around in Ap I've finally started my ap family.

  Lately I've been writing about death. . Now I'm ready to go back to work. I'll still write my poetry on the side.

  One of my favorite pass times is taking pictures of sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. My other pass time is playing my harmonica's and playing the blues. and writing.

  I love this saying "Always do what you are afraid to do." by Ralph Waldo Emerson. James Taylor writes songs and my favorite song by him is "Fire and Rain". 

I started writing my poetry when I was 17. I grew up on the east coast. I now reside in california. I got here by joining the army and marrying a man from california. We both served our country during the Vietnam Era.
