i was told that if you have a passion for something, you wake up every morning thinking about that one thing. i find no statement truer. i wake up every morning thinking about things to write or words i could put together for a poem.
i believe writing has saved my life. if i didn't write i know i would be dead. i started writing when i was twelve and a lot of things were happening at that time. i was in a bad situation therefore my mindset was in the worst as well. suicide was the only way i saw i could escape it and everyday i contemplated acting on the impulse. i was lost and didn't know what else to do so i had a diary that i used to write in and i remembered the relief it brought me to take my frustrations out on paper. so i kept a dairy once again, which prevented me from going through with the suicide that was soon going to be inevitable.

so in saying all that the point im trying to convey is that writing is very important to me and my love and passion for it grows every single day. i plan to someday make a living off my writing. i have some ideas for a couple books and of course i would love my poems to be published. one day i will reach my goal of being a published writer and share my words with the whole world. sorry kind of corny at the end. lol
