All our prayers seem to fail

XFallenAngelofloveX : Heather, babe... hard to believe so many things that we have in common. It's scary how Our lives work sometimes. It's like it's actual proof that God is watching over us. If He wasn't how would we have ever met eachother?

It scares me when I think about how many people in my life I have come across and been indifferent to, simply by the way they hold themselves.. when who knows? They could have had a heart of gold and been loyal to boot.

I wonder why I wasn't indifferent to you. What made you the turning point in which my awareness towards humanity became more acute? destiny is a funny thing.. and I think God has played a big part in that with both of our lives.

I don't know what lies ahead for both of us... but whatever it is.. it can only get better.

To the rest of you lost souls out here in the AP land.

I can't believe how many people have come and gone (friends wise) in my time here on AP.

I wonder how all of you come to find your nitch here.. Your perfect dysfunctional family ties make me jealous. Cause I don't know what I've done wrong. I try to fit in with you all, but whenever I get close to someone they slip away. It's like a reflection of my life. Sad but true. And I'm not the only one. There are people who are funny, loyal, committed, and talented... but they drift off to the wayward side of nowhere... Even those who have known this, also know people they've drifted away from. We all need to keep close to those we love.

No body is a perfect example of commitment... But God is.

He's impartial and loyal, despite everything judgemental thing we do.

And when you think about it... when you we comment on others judgement... we are judging right along with them.

The best thing for us to do (and probably the hardest), would be to let go of all of our expectations for others and ourselves. You know how when you sacrifice your time and give something to a loved one, but they don't react the way you want them to? That's expecting them to be certain way. Be prepared for surprises... cause humanity is not predictable. When you think you have someone figured out think again.

'Cause there is always hidden depth in the least of us.
