Indeed, life is frequently misery. But FUNNY misery. Or, well. Funny when it happens to other people.

Part of our purpose as human beings in this big wide world is to learn to laugh at ourselves. That's why I recommend taking the worst thing that's ever happened to you, mulling it over for a few hours, and writing a sonnet in triple rhyme. You'll feel better, I promise.

If nothing else, your vocabulary will get bigger.
