I'm a single mother of three daughters.
Stacey - 17yrs  
Gemma - 12 yrs  
Grace - 9 yrs  
They look after me as much as I look after them. I was married but my husband died 6yrs ago from cancer. It was hard for me and the girls but we got back on our feel again.

I work from home with the help of my daughters. I am a dress maker and most things that i do are bride and bridesmaids dresses. I never get a day off as I have about 20 dresses a week to do.
I'm not one for going out to a bar or to a party but i do like going for a meal then to see a movie, ending back home with a bottle of wine.
I'm not really one for writting but i do enjoy reading other peoples work and telling them what i think.
Most people don't mind this as i don't like leaving a bad comment. So if I don't like it then i wont leave a comment for you.
I choose my name "babystar" because when my 1st child was born i would call her my little star, so where she was a baby at the time you can see why i came up with "babystar" My real name is Pauline but most of my family and friends call me Polly or Pol.
We have just moved to Lincon and things are going really well. As for my dress making, things have taken off great here. My girls have settled in really well and have made quite a few friends here.
We have a few pets now and I just brought a horse for my 9yr old. She really looks after it well. It's only a pony but it still a horse.

babyalah - Writes all her feelings and what she thinks about things
                in life. She is not what you would call your normal kind
                of writer. Loads of emotion runs in her work.
murphy543 - he writes about his past,his feelngs and how life has
                messed him up in his head in some ways. Strong and dark
                is his writes.
murphy143 - He hasn't done much as he is new to the site. But what
               He has done so far is about him. Things to do with him.
               Feelings on what is going on around him. A true poet that
               is waiting to be un locked.
Apache143 - A really nice woman that writes from the heart. Some are
              funny and will make you laugh but a good story writer.
devil666 - A guy that writes about what ever comes to mind. Some one
              that you shall get a long great with.(for a tax man)
soulmate143 - Again someone that writes from the heart. He doesn't
              write often but when he does it has loads of emotion to it
              and he is a true friend to those that are to him.
Fosters - New to the site. The partner of babyalah. He write from the  
              heart and all that is going on in his mind. A really good
              Writer in the making I think so make him welcome to AP.

I love my music. It has to be the golden oldies that I like. Dolly Parton is my all timer and out of her songs it has to be D.I.V.O.R.C.E One of her best and speeks words of truth. I don't like all this head banging stuff like my girls.
I am one for sitting in doors with a good book or going to bingo with friends on a saturday night. Its not much but I get away from the dress making.
I think my dresses are at a cheep price and I have not had one person complain about there dress.

We have just got a few new pets to our home as we have a large plot of land as the garden lol. We got-

A puppy called Tommy - A jack russell
A puppy called Jack - A jack russell
A puppy called Billy - A jack russell
A puppy called Queenie - A great dame!

A strange bunch but we love them. God only knows why we got puppies, I just hope they don't get into my dress making room lo

Grace my 9 year old has told me she wants to be like her mother. A dress maker. So She is now helping me with some of my dresses. She has been doing so well with all the needle work and making the roses out of silk for me,I hope she does continue with my work when I get to old.

Gemma my 2nd born has just made it to the top 10 in her school for her piano playing. She is doing ever so well and has told me that she wants to take it up as soon as she leaves school

After so many driving lessons I have now passed my test

SO LOOK OUT PEOPLE THIS GRANNY IS NOW ON THE OPEN ROAD!

It was hard but I am in need to drive. Not much around my home as you have to drive everywhere. With me going in and out of London too I now know that I don't have to take the train or London buses now. I hate public tansport. I don't feel safe on it at all.
