A girl and guy were speeding, on a motorcycle, over 90 mph on the road..
Girl: Slow down. I’m scared.
Guy: No, this is fun.
Girl: No, it’s not. Please, it’s too scary!
Guy: Then tell me you love me.
Girl: Fine, I love you. Slow down!
Guy: Now give me a BIG hug.
*Girl hugs him*
Guy: Can you take my helmet off & put it on yourself? It’s bugging me.
(In the paper the next day)
A motorcycle crashed into a building because of break failure. Two people were on it, but only one survived. The truth was that halfway down the road, the guy realized that his breaks broke, but he didn’t want to let the girl know. Instead, he had her say she loved him & felt her hug one last time, then had her wear his helmet so that she would live even though it meant that he would die.
If you would ever do this for someone....then post this on your page asap!!
Thank you moment liver for this, touching and please pass the message on all who read my page xxx
I would like to share with you all a poem that touched me, it gave me a wake up call because of the message it delivers read it carefully.
KATE
What do you see nurses? What do you see?
Are you thinking when you're looking at me?
A crabbit old women, not very wise
Uncertain of habit with far away eyes,
Who dribbled her food and makes no reply
When you say in a loud voice "I do wish you'd try."
Who seems not to notice the things that you do
And forever is loosing a stocking or two
Who unresisting or not lets you do as you will
With bathing or feeding the long day to fill
Is that what you're thinking? Is that what you see?
Then open you're eyes nurses! You're not looking at me
I'll tell you who i am as i sit here so still
As i use at your bidding as i eat at your will
I'm a small child at ten with a mother and father
Brothers and sisters who love one another
A young girl of sixteen with wings on her feet
Dreaming that soon now a lover she'll meet
A bride soon at twenty, my heart gives a leap
Remembering the vows that i promised to keep
At twenty-five now i have young of my own
Who need me to build a secure happy home
A young woman of thirty my young ones grow fast
Bound to each other with ties that should last
At forty my young ones now grown will be gone
But my man stays beside me to see i don't moan
At fifty once more babies play at my knee
Again we know children my loved one and me...
Dark days are upon me, my husband is dead
I look at the future and shudder with dread
For my young are all busy raising young of their own
And i think of the years and the love i have known
I'm an old woman now and nature is cruel
'Tis just like her to make old age look like a fool
The body it cumbles, vigour and grace soon depart
There is now a stone where i once had a heart
But inside this old carcass a young girl still dwells
And now and again my battered heart swells
I remember the joys, i remember the pain
I'm loving and living life over again
I think of the years all too few-gone too fast
And accept the stark fact that nothing can last
So open your eyes nurses, open and see
Not a crabbit old woman, look closer - see ME
"Kate" the writer of this poem, was unable to speak but was often seen to write. After her death this poem was found in her hospital locker.
This is why old people are so very precious, look past the sometimes bitter facade and see them, see their past.

I miss you so much it's killing me. My little love, my little cat. You even gave me kisses. I can look back and laugh now at all the silly little things that you used to do like run around in circles chasing your tail. More l
