I love to write, I am still waiting for that one awesome write, and I live and breathe writing. Someday I wish to become as good as all you are here, I write from my heart what my heart and soul feels I write it so this is me in my poems.
Killing Her with His Lie
What a sham to see her there, all alone, pretending she does not care. Silently wondering if she is even really there,
She’s in a world all her own, created by her many thoughts. A place designed to hide the pain, he caused with his lies. Killing her with a little more each and every time, did he care what it would do? Sadly he never tried. Thanks to him she now dead inside.
He made her love him, so deep and true, then she found out it was all lies. She held her head down with thoughts of taking her own life
Now she sits there more beautiful then ever, and just looks at you with a blank stare on her face with wide-open eyes, she knows that she doesn’t love you, for she fell in love with your lies. He has taken her very soul. Now she feels, never more,
I wonder what she thought the evening she settled the score, the night she took his wasted life. As he took his last breath, she kissed him and said; “Never again on my heart will you tread”.
