Welcome to my site! For those of you wondering what my screen name is...it's in Hebrew, it means "I will sing to the Lord!" Hebrew is beautiful! I wish I knew more.
I've been writing poetry for some time now.
Right now I'm trying to rack up enough points to host another contest of my own, but as always this is slow going, so I am entering contest after contest trying to gain some points.
I love country music, CCM and musicals (an odd mix, I know!) My favorite books are The O'Malley Chronicles by Dee Henderson, anything by Frank Peretti or Ted Dekker, or by Agatha Christie. My current favorite songs, which seem to change pretty frequently are: My #1, "Under the Same Moon" by Julianne Hough, and a close 2nd "One Step at a Time" by Jordan Sparks.
I have a very special poem, a tribute to a class mate of mine who gave his life a few years ago serving our country and fighting for our freedom. I'd love if you would take a look at it and give me your feedback (it's called 'God Bless Our Fallen Hero...')
I love getting advice on my writing and don't mind critical remarks, as long as they are helpful. Please comment!

sandgoddess : I will hail god on January 17, 2007I suppose that is the meaning of your username, or it may be translated to "I will sing to god" and it's from the Bible. I'm glad you like Hebrew - it is indeed a very special loanguage and we have some increadible hebrew poets (Nathan Zach, Yehuda Amichai - check them out! I just hope I have spelled them correctly). I'm Israeli so I know it fluently, if you ever want to ask anything about it - I'll be happy to be of use.
