This life a slendid shinning thing,
Whispers from the wells of souls,
The heart that reaches and consoles.
The love we make will never sleep,

We, bound by times unyeilding ties,
Do judge by poor unseeing eyes.
Not knowing comfort bides right here.
That Heaven really is quite near.
Faith declares, without a doubt,
That precious angels walk about.
We do not prosper on our own,

Angels walk among us
Noticing where we need them most
Giving us strength to carry on
Even when we feel we are lost
Loving us unconditionally
In the form of a trusted friend
Carrying the burdens away from us
And showing us that we will shine again.
Though perhaps you don't know it
How you helped to heal my heart and soul
And brighten my days with your words
Never have you failed in touching me
Killing my sorrow and giving me hope.
You've made a difference in my world
Opening my eyes to what I'd hid from me
Un-veiling the light that waited for me to set it free

Like I've known you all my life
Like we lived in the same home
Like I have held your grandchildren
and you have held mine
You knew the troubles I had with
The empty nest syndrome
You know my feelings towards Ray
And I know yours towards Bob
Like I have held your grandchildren
I talked to your granddaughter
like she was mine
We have shared so many things
Almost like we already knew
You are going through some hard times
I am with you
I am going through some sad times
You are with me
We are neighbors
Yet we live across many waters
Distance doesn't matter
When it comes to true friendship
You pray for me

Muse take flight! that comfort grow,
When the rain and pain do trouble so.
Daylight dawned so grey and drear,
But it's not bad. There's angels here.
I rise to claim this loving day,
And every joy it brings.
For being sheltered on my way,
‘neath precious angels wings.
The clouds all fade beside the bright sunlight.
And it dries to the very last particle,
the angels tears that fell last night,
we live within a miracle
Give passion reign, that love might reign.
‘Til only miracles remain.
As the golden soul within you shine,
It's bright reflection into mine.
While love requires no reason why.
Angelica we spend our lives alone,
Locked in a place we call our own.
The heart however is free to fly,
Lay whitest lillies across your breast,
Drink deeply, rarified air,
This weary man is truly blessed,
To know that you are there.
Many may wonder who she is to me

She was drawn to me because
I needed guidance from someone wise.
But t’was more than guidance did she give
For she loved me like her own.
She teased me, mocked me, hugged and loved me

Who thinks she's "hip", "cool" and "trendy"(!)-

The empty nest syndrome
You know my feelings towards Ray
And I know yours towards Bob
Like I have held your grandchildren
I talked to your granddaughter
like she was mine
We have shared so many things
Almost like we already knew
You are going through some hard times
I am with you
I am going through some sad times
You are with me
We are neighbors
Yet we live across many waters
Distance doesn't matter
When it comes to true friendship
You pray for me
I pray for you
We both send angels
This is the bestest of friendships
This is what we are.

Angelica we are
We were the words from out of wanting,
We were the whispers, we were sighs.
We were memories, some haunting,
And a love that never dies.
We were met upon a time of space,
to speak a loving word.
That all who came might feel the grace,
that love has been assured.
We were only line, that the heart designs,
and will be until the end.
Sharing the muse, like the sweetest wines,
With a weary thirsty friend.
Does it surprise? that my spirit flies,
When you send your love to me?
Or the tear of joy, standing in my eyes,
As I reply in poetry?
I am blessings bid to your good heart
and a love that only grows.
Wish that the world could know just part

Muse take flight! that comfort grow,
When the rain and pain do trouble so.
Daylight dawned so grey and drear,
But it's not bad. There's angels here.
I rise to claim this loving day,
And every joy it brings.
For being sheltered on my way,
‘neath precious angels wings.
The clouds all fade beside the bright sunlight.
And it dries to the very last particle,
the angels tears that fell last night,
we live within a miracle
Give passion reign, that love might reign.
‘Til only miracles remain.
As the golden soul within you shine,
It's bright reflection into mine.
While love requires no reason why.
Angelica we spend our lives alone,
Locked in a place we call our own.
The heart however is free to fly,
Lay whitest lillies across your breast,
Drink deeply, rarified air,
This weary man is truly blessed,
To know that you are there.
Many may wonder who she is to me
Yesterdays hope, tomorrows victory
Always there with angelic wings
Nurtured with the healthiest things
Good will sent for miles and miles
Each day sending hundreds of smiles
Love is forever her stronghold
Justice is hers, strong and bold
Open minded and forthright
Always shining, even in the night
Nothing and no one can compare.

I have a third Nan called Angelica
Who is an angel in disguise.
She was drawn to me because
I needed guidance from someone wise.
But t’was more than guidance did she give
For she loved me like her own.
She teased me, mocked me, hugged and loved me
And only ever love did she show.
So now forever more shall she be
My Dearest Darling Nan number three
Who thinks she's "hip", "cool" and "trendy"(!)-
Don't tell her this, but I think so too...she just might well be.

We call her Joan
Our friendship has grown
On Angel's wings
Of Spiritual Things
With Bob by her side
She was his bride
Many years together
Times to always treasure
An ailing heart, but a spirit that's strong
This Australian Angel, sings a special song
Sharing her love, with all who's around
