Well, let's see. Not sure what to put here. I'm more of a writer of stories rather then poems, but I do do poems (that's why I'm here).
My poems and writings don't usually come from experience. Why? Cause I don't experience stuff. I know, 20 and don't really have a life, getting one though, sometimes faster then I want it to.
My writing comes from what I want to happen in life. Wait..That's my stories. Okay, scratch the whole experience stuff since my poetry does come from experience, with a slight ( slight meaning a lot) of stretching.
For my Poems, I have to be in a certain mood. So I can go weeks (and apparently years) without writing a poem. But then I can get into the mood one day and dish out ten poems. All of my poems are angst/sadness/love and in that genre. Why? I don't know. I've been told I write that the best.
