Hey! I'm Amanda and I have had a hard time this year at Rockwell Christian School. I had a hard time with guy trouble and friend trouble, but most of my poems are about my guy troubles. I never thought that I would write all of my love poems and all my poems bout love problems on the same guy. Or in other words, I never thought I'd love this guy as much as I hate him. If you read my poem, I Don't Love Ben Barnes, you will find out who he is. Now my two poems Sisters and A True Friend is about my true friend, Rach. On allpoetry known as qtrach12. I'm afraid to love
afraid to love so fast,
because every time
I fall in love it never seems to last.

Never Say" I love you"
if you don't really care,
never talk about feeling
if they aren't really there.
Never hold my hand
if you're going to break my heart.
Never say you're to,
if you never plan to start.
Never look into my eyes
if all you do is lie.
Never say hello,
if you really mean goodbye.
If you really mean forever,
then say you will try.
Never say forever '
cause forever makes me cry.

Harsh words break no bones
but they do break hearts.

Love is short,
but forgetting is long.

I could fill a thousand pages telling
you how I felt and still
you would not understand.
So now I leave without a sound,
except that of my heart shattering
as it hits the ground.

Nothing hurts more than realizing
he meant everything to you
and you meant nothing to him.

I don't miss him,
I miss who I thought he was.

How can I lose
something that I never had?

God is closest to those
with broken hearts.

We were like Romeo and Juliet.
I thought we'd do anything for each other.
But Romeo didn't break Juliet's heart.

Maybe if I had just looked away that first night you came towards me,
everything would be different and my heart wouldn't be breaking right now

I cried when I knew I lost you,
afraid I had lost it all.
Then I realized that losing you,
