About me!
I go by the name Zraiiah online. It means "sea" in some other language. I'm 17 years of age, and took up the interest in poetry at the age of 13. My interest in writing sparked at age 11, when I wrote stories instead of poetry. I find poetry easier to express a feeling in shorter terms (I always love a shortcut).
My Poetry Style
I usually stick to dark themes, death, heartbreak, and the like. Just look at my dad's poetry (DevilHimself) and you'll know where I got that from. Though I do write some happier or sillier pieces, as you may note "Perfection In My Eyes" or "My Pencil". I'm sure anyone could find a poem of mine that they like.
**NOTE: I entered into a Poetry Slam at my school and I got FIRST PLACE!!! The first Poetry Slam I've ever been to lol. I used the poem "Dear Mom" which should be listed here on my page if you'd like to read it. Thanks!
