Attila the nun, one of my favorite costumes as I feel it best represents the modern christian extremist. They claim to be righteous and good yet they force their will on you then take away your freedoms. As an independent christian I have kept my distance from the established large churches that are corrupting America. And they're not alone, there is plenty of company among other religions as well as people who think you should be just like them to the point where anyone not like them is clearly wrong. Heaven forbid you say something shocking, portray horrors, or enjoy a little satire. They live in a box and want you to do the same. If they could make it happen, there would be no more Clive Barker, George Carlin, Howard Stern, Hugh Hefner, GWAR, Warren Zevon, or any other personality that challenges the norm. If you think you're immune from the persecution, think again. You just haven't been noticed by the extremist horde. You will be soon enough, and you will comply. With the current goverment structure and twisted legal system that favors the allmighty dollar over your rights you can't possibly expect anyone to stick their necks out in your defense. Therefore I understand and have no loss of respect for those in charge of private businesses. We're all in this mess together, and I'd hate for a business to be in trouble for the sake of the principles of freedom. You can make a difference though. Vote Libertarian, that is a step in the right direction. Libertarians defend the US constitution and the freedoms that are granted in all documents written by our forefathers. You can blame the Republicans, you can blame the Democrats, and in the end you'd both be right. They are two sides of the same coin. They talk a different talk, but walk the same walk and hope you forget the talking altogether. Just remember, a vote for the lesser of two evils is still a vote for evil. Using the excuse that you don't like to throw away your vote on a third party is incorrect since by keeping the big two in power you could only be throwing away your vote. If you think the other party is going to change anything just remember that the only reason the current party is in power is because people were tired of that other party. It's an endless cycle that going to slowly take away everthing that you cherish in America unless you make a change that matters. America is now a country of the rich, by the rich, for the rich. The middle classes are there to foot the bill, and the poor are there to remind you that it could be worse. Join the revolution, vote Libertarian.
