What can I say? I'm me. I've been writing poetry for a bit, though most of it noone has ever seen. Several friends told me that I should put some of it up, and referred me to this site. So here I am.
With me, it's pretty much what ya see is what ya get. I'm a very confident, outgoing person, and love to meet new people. I have a hard time trusting people deeply, but I can get along with just about anyone who wants to get along with me
My poetry tends to be my personal thoughts on things. I rarely just write for the sake of writing. (Though it does happen) Most of my poetry has some meaning behind it, either to me, or to those who know me.
As for how I write... it tends to be influence a lot by songwriters like John Petrucci, or Mike Portnoy. (Yes, both members of Dream Theater) I usually try to have a deeper meaning to my poems, and the occasional lyric, that I write.
