When one asks for help, cries his sorrows out he tells actually " Guys I'm unworthy of anything incapable to suffer even the small things like pain!" When you pity yourself, others pity you but they are soon irritated on the other hand they respect those who smile with wounds concealed! And well so I believe seeking sympathy is something of a cowardice!
