You can call me Willow. ^^

I'm a college student, majoring in communications (film). My big passion is the world of film - it is my ambition to become a casting director. I love to write, I love to read, and I am stranger than most people I've come in contact with. I'm a walking IMDB. I'm pretty perverted so if you're the type that is easily offended you needn't bother. I always fall for the villains. My styles and interests are eclectic. I write poetry and short stories and I love conversing. I love to listen to people tell stories, and to tell stories myself. I've been a practicing Pagan for three years. I'm free-spirited, trying desperately to overcome laziness and become more eco-friendly, and pretty random. I do have my dark aspects. I'm into all things paranormal, I like to drive around for hours at night (especially in wooded areas) and I like to explore abandoned/forgotten/supposedly haunted places. I'm adventurous.

But really, what better way to describe myself than to list my muses?

Books: Neverwhere, the Harry Potter series, the LOTR series, the Fablehaven series, the Percy Jackson series, the increasingly inaccurately titled Hitchhiker's Trilogy, Dracula, Geek Love, Hamlet, Lolita, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, American Gothic, the Book of Mordred, and many more.

Movies: Casablanca, The Usual Suspects, Forrest Gump, original Star Wars trilogy, Juno, Equilibrium, As Good As It Gets, Die Hard, He Died with a Felafel in His Hand, Full Metal Jacket, Evil Dead trilogy, Con Air, Clerks, The Man in the Iron Mask, The Godfather, From Dusk Till Dawn, Batman, The Princess Bride, Young Frankenstein, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Silence of the Lambs, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Ghost World, The Shawshank Redemption, Jaws...films are my life, I could go on forever ><

Shows: NCIS, Freaks and Geeks, Firefly, The Big Bang Theory, Dexter, Psych, Doctor Who, Monty Python's Flying Circus, the Young Ones, Coupling, Eureka, Dollhouse

Music: I'm into pretty much at least a few songs from any genre. My musical tastes are pretty eclectic. Mostly I listen to southern rock and classic rock, anything from the late 60s to the mid 80s. I also like metal, and music with darker themes and tones. I'm also into that new age sort of celtic sound, like Loreena McKennitt and Blackmoore's Night. I like bluegrass, I like some rap, I love anything composed by Danny Elfman or John Williams. I'm big into film scores.
