A little write for all my poet friends...
A REASON FOR THEIR RHYME
With a smile on their face
and a tear in their eye,
they pour out emotions
so their hearts won't die.
They write about love,
sadness and fear,
so they might find peace
today or next year.
Their pens scribble emotion,
they try to let go.
Their hearts open up
and the words just flow.
So, if you know a poet,
look deep into their heart.
There is something there
that makes them stand apart.

Stingersinger53 on October 4I sent you some links to read when you get a chance. It's nice to know when someone else knows exactly how you feel. Sometimes people just don't get it. On a good note, I have a wonderful AP dad. He has been so much more then my real father ever has, even though it is only here on AP. His AP name is poeticweaver, and he means so much to me! Thanks again for the comment and the reads. I'll add you as one of my favorites also, many poems I read I can't relate to but I'm sure I will be able to with yours!
Hugs!
