My gosh! It's been 6 years?! has it really?! I created this account when I was 12 years old[2003] now it's 2008 on the verge of 2009. I'm almost 18! I regret not writing as much poetry as much as I used to. I can't believe I even have 27 poems on this site. I think it would have been nice to look back at my poetry through the years and see how much I've grown along with the years I've been a member on this site. I don't have new poetry on this site, but I've written a few on scraps of paper. :]

-If you really knew me you'd find me different compared to how you'd view me just from reading my poems. Writing poetry is an inside job for me. I haven't written in so long that I think I can't write anything "good" anymore or even have the ability to feel the emotion that I used to put into my poems. I've changed in the way I choose to feel about things in life. I'm not in touch with my "emotional, poetic side" as much as I used to or want to. I've learned to just stop analyzing every single thing in life and getting complicated with it.
