A lot of my poetry has a hidden message, or more meaning than the words actually say; at least I like to think so. I'm a loner for the most part and I have only close friends that I hang out with.

Anyway, if anyone cares, I just like write and I don't really care if I'm noticed as long as I like my work. If I don't, then you'll never see it.

My quote:

"The song you sing is just for you. That repercussion ripples through the soul, telling you what you already know. An emotion that stops before it starts is placed in a bottle you are ready to break. When it does, you will cry."

A short poem:

Passing shadows as you walk
Faces distorted by empty eyes
'We wear the mask we make'
And behind the mask we hide...

Another short poem:
"Mem'ry"
Where there's some distant mem'ry to recall,
Came to pass so long ago,
It lies where the petal fell,
And stems from where it is they grow.

Yet another:
"...?"
Where's your mind at tonight?
Wandering in the starlight?
Walking on the moon's night sky?
What are those deep eyes seeing?
When your voice is singing,
Are you singing sweet melodies?
If you're sleeping are you dreaming?
If you're dreaming, are you dreaming of me?

Another one:
I think I'm starting to learn a thing or two from black and blue, the bruises and it's wounds. Red is not the valentine heart, but blood and painful scars left by the marks of its wake. Love can heal, and in searing pain it can break.

Transfixed, picturesque in a luminescent ray of beauty
Capture, rapture in this instant of pure heavenly ecstasy
Spirited, spirits lifted, gifted in a perfect sort of way
Sublime; in time I will blink after the tears dry today

Distance and space play a line across
As time spans miles you cannot cross
A place at once where you cannot be
At more time than one with you and me
The separating void that lies between
