My favorite thing to do is working because I like my job. I try to look for the good in life and try to enjoy doing anything I do, and mostly I succeed. Writing poetry and having friends at All Poetry is fun and a lesson in learning.

With a monkey in my underpants, sorry I mean two,
I travelled in some discomfort towards the plane's fine wings,
teeth biting lips; a crazy grin was all that I could do
to stop myself from screaming at the wriggly primate things!
The man in uniform so smart looked at me quite funny,
I gave a nod with a smile but he stopped me in my tracks,
an ordeal it was for I really felt like a dummy -
anything to declare he asked, i said some spicy snacks.
The next minute three burly guards were rummaging about,
with a sigh and a curse I admitted at last - perhaps!
They dragged me off to a room for a good kicking no doubt,
but all they did was laugh and joke and give me brandysnaps!
