I have been a writer and songwriter for most of my adult life, but only recently have focused my attention on writing poetry.
I enjoy hiking and pretty much anything that has to do with nature. I live very simply and try to go "organic" whenever possible.
I am not into organized religion. I enjoy Taoism and other nature-based philosophies and spirituality. I have also been involved in the recovery movement for a number of years and have written a book called, "Recovering in the Tao."
