My Mom says I was born clutching a pen in one hand, and a pad of paper in the other. (Ouch! Difficult birth?) So, I've been writing for a good many years, both poetry and stories. I have several books 'out there', but I like the 'personal' touch a site like this has to offer.
I also, love reading others. Some of the talent here is just unbelievable. I don't believe, that age has anything to do with poetry, or writing. Perhaps with learning the syntax, and styles of it, but NOTHING to do with talent, or raw emotion.
I'd like to thank those who've taken the time to read the story of my son, Addicted to the Blade. I read each and every comment, but it's difficult to answer you all. I hope and pray, that those who say it's aided them in some small way, are on their way to reclaiming their lives. Please, anyone who needs to talk, may contact me. I can promise to listen...nothing more than that.
I'm just me. All I ask of anyone else, is to be just yourself. That simple.
